    • Photographs, videos, audio and meeting recordings;

    • Other information from correspondence and other types of communication we have had.

  • The information that I process is received either:

    • Directly from you-through information and details provided either in forms via my website, correspondence (including via written correspondence, email or social media), in person or virtual meetings, telephone, or website interactions;

    • ‍Publicly available sources;

    • Suppliers and service providers (for example, via Funeral Directors);

    • Third parties (for example, from loved ones in planning your funeral).

  • I require a lawful basis to process your personal information. To provide and improve products and services for clients and operate client accounts these include:

    • For my own legitimate interests, where I have assessed that it is fair and balanced to do so and the processing is within your reasonable expectations.

  • I may share your information in order to plan, develop and deliver your ceremony. I take a range of steps to ensure that your personal information is adequately protected by me and any services I use.

    • Other people, suppliers or service providers involved in your ceremony;

    • Publicly on my website, social media or other marketing and information media (you should refer to their own privacy policies);

    • Cloud service providers;

    • IT suppliers that host and support my website;

    • Other third parties I am legally obliged to share personal information with.

You can request other information such as details about where I get personal information from and who I share personal information with.
